Anganwadi workers felicitated at Chemudulanka event
A felicitation programme for anganwadi workers was held on Monday in Chemudulanka panchayat of Alamuru mandal as part of Prime Minister Modi's birthday celebrations and the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. Organised on the instructions of Kothapeta ICDS project CDPO A. Gajalakshmi and led by supervisor Varalakshmi Devi, it was attended by society chairman Nagireddy Venkateswara Rao and former sarpanch Nagireddy Venkataratnam. Speakers said anganwadi centres are key to children's growth. Local women felicitated workers Gurrapu Satyavathi and Rayapati Dhanalakshmi.
