షెడ్యూల్డ్‌ బ్యాంకుల జాబితా నుంచి పేటీఎం పేమెంట్స్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ తొలగింపు
రిజర్వ్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా (ఆర్‌బీఐ) పేటీఎం పేమెంట్స్‌ బ్యాంక్‌ను గుర్తింపు పొందిన షెడ్యూల్డ్‌ బ్యాంకుల జాబితా నుంచి తొలగించింది. ఈ ఏడాది ఏప్రిల్‌లో సంస్థ బ్యాంకింగ్‌ లైసెన్స్‌ రద్దు కావడంతో ఆర్‌బీఐ ఈ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. 1934 ఆర్‌బీఐ చట్టంలోని రెండో షెడ్యూల్‌ ప్రకారం ఈ తొలగింపు జరిగింది. జులై 31న ప్రాథమిక నోటిఫికేషన్‌ జారీ కాగా, సెప్టెంబరులో గెజిట్‌ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియాలో అధికారికంగా ప్రచురితమైంది. దీంతో అత్యవసర రుణాలు, క్లియరింగ్‌ హౌస్‌ సభ్యత్వం వంటి ప్రత్యేక హక్కులు పూర్తిగా రద్దయ్యాయి.
