18 startups listed in 2025, raising record ₹41,248 Cr: Inc42
Eighteen Indian startups listed on the bourses in 2025, collectively raising a record ₹41,248 crore, according to an Inc42 tracker. SEBI reforms, including simplified DRHP filings and flexible ESOP rules, along with demat accounts crossing 20 crore, supported the surge. Fourteen new-age tech companies have listed so far this year, while 26 startups have filed DRHPs. OYO, Razorpay and Zetwerk alone could raise over ₹34,000 crore in 2026. Foreign institutional investors pulling back remains a challenge.
