Digital libraries reach 57,600 UP Gram Panchayats, says Yogi Adityanath
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday held a Janata Darshan grievance session and highlighted the expansion of digital libraries in Gram Panchayat secretariats. In a post on X, he said e-libraries existed at about 76 state and district locations before 2017 and have now reached 57,600 Gram Panchayats. The library at Khasaha Mohammadpur in Bahraich's Tejawapur Block has computers, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, printers, CCTV and National Book Trust books. Smart classrooms operate in over 32,000 schools and ICT labs in over 15,000.
