Mahima Nambiar makes Telugu debut with 'Comrade Kalyan'
Sree Vishnu's 'Comrade Kalyan' will release in theatres worldwide on October 9. Directed by Janakiram Marella and presented by Kona Venkat, it is produced by Venkata Krishna Karnati and Seeta Karnati under Skanda Vahana Motion Pictures LLP. At a press meet, actor Mahima Nambiar said it was her first Telugu film and that she plays Sitara Devi, a girl from Odisha. She said the film has a 1990s setting and a Naxalism backdrop handled comically.
