Rahul Gandhi launches 'Satyagraha' platform to map protests
Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday launched the 'Satyagraha' digital platform to consolidate issue-based protests across the country, alleging that truth is being suppressed. Launched a day after Mahatma Gandhi's 152nd birth anniversary, the platform asks people to register protests against the government. In a post on X, he said Gen Z, students, farmers, Adivasis, Dalits and women often fight alone, and a lone voice is easier to silence. As Leader of the Opposition, he said, he would stand with them in Parliament, on the streets and through letters.
