Bulk diesel price raised by Rs 14.6 a litre
Oil marketing companies have raised bulk diesel prices by Rs 14.6 a litre as elevated crude prices squeeze margins. Bulk diesel now costs Rs 153.57 a litre, up from Rs 138.97 in September. Private retailer Nayara Energy raised petrol by Rs 5 and diesel by Rs 3. State-run retail prices remain frozen at Rs 102.12 for petrol and Rs 95.64 for diesel in Delhi. Dealers said the Rs 57.93 gap has pushed commercial buyers to retail pumps.
