US-China rivalry must be at 'right temperature', says Jaishankar
External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar said on Sunday that the rivalry between the United States and China was creating a 'Goldilocks scenario' for emerging and middle powers, which are increasingly looking to diversify and de-risk their economic and security interests. 'You don't want it to be too hot; you don't want it to be too good. You want it somewhere in between, at the right temperature. So, where does this leave emerging and middle powers?' he said at the Munich Security Conference's Munich Leaders Meeting in New Delhi.
