Swiss President served Kashmiri, Ladakhi dishes at Rashtrapati Bhavan
President Droupadi Murmu hosted Swiss President Guy Parmelin and First Lady Caroline Parmelin at a Rashtrapati Bhavan banquet highlighting Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh cuisine. The menu included Chaman Qaliya, Haakh, Dum Oluv and Tsok Wangun, with Shufta, Phirin and Phaymer as desserts, and Kahwa, Gur Gur Chai and Wild Rose Tea as beverages. According to India Today, Kimb Chaat and Nadur Kebab with Dooyn Chetun also featured. News18 reported PM Narendra Modi gifted Parmelin three Indian cheeses — Gulmarg, Konark and Yeoor.
