Four Tata Trust trustees accuse vice-chairmen of fiduciary breach
Four trustees of Sir Dorabji Tata Trust (SDTT) — Noel Tata, Darius Khambata, Bhaskar Bhat and Neville Tata — on Monday accused vice-chairmen Venu Srinivasan and Vijay Singh of breaching their fiduciary duties. The charge came in reply to a Sept 30 letter from the two. The trustees said SDTT and Sir Ratan Tata Trust had twice unanimously resolved to keep Tata Sons unlisted, and that the vice-chairmen sent identical complaints to the charity commissioner on Sept 25.
