Kakinada skill hub to target 1,000 jobs a year
Rajya Sabha member Sana Satish said the Skill, Start-up and Bharat Hub coming up in Kakinada would target jobs for 1,000 unemployed youths and create 100 entrepreneurs every year. He laid the foundation stone for the Skill Development Centre at the ITI grounds on Monday along with district collector Harendhira Prasad and local MLAs. The work is being taken up at Rs 5.30 crore under MP-LADS, with the overall project estimated at Rs 15-20 crore.
