Jason Sanjay's debut film 'Sigma' draws mixed response
'Sigma', the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay, son of actor Vijay, released in theatres on Friday, October 2. Starring Sandeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah, the treasure-hunt drama drew social media praise for its twists, interval action block and Thaman's music, while some viewers and critics called the first half routine and said the narration lacked novelty. Jason's mother Sangeeta and sister Divya watched the film at a Chennai theatre. Krishnan Vasant is the cinematographer.
