Rangareddy DM&HO, health inspector held in ₹1 lakh ACB trap
The Telangana ACB on Monday caught Rangareddy District Medical and Health Officer Swarna Kumari, health inspector M. Srinivas and a private driver in a ₹1 lakh bribery case. The ACB said ₹2 lakh was demanded and ₹1 lakh accepted in connection with a physiotherapy centre. The money was allegedly sought through driver Maddurikrishnaiah for returning keys of the centre, running without a DM&HO licence, and issuing a new licence. The three were produced before the special court at Nampally.
